Full Refund (100%)
Available within 14 days of course enrollment, provided:
- No more than 20% of course content has been accessed
- No certificates or completion documents have been issued
- Refund request is submitted in writing
Partial Refund (50%)
Available within 30 days of course enrollment, provided:
- No more than 50% of course content has been accessed
- Valid reason for withdrawal is provided
- Refund request is submitted in writing
No Refund
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- More than 50% of course content has been accessed
- Course completion certificate has been issued
- Refund request is made more than 30 days after enrollment
- Student has violated academy policies
- Course materials have been downloaded or copied
