Full Refund (100%)

Available within 14 days of course enrollment, provided:

  • No more than 20% of course content has been accessed
  • No certificates or completion documents have been issued
  • Refund request is submitted in writing

Partial Refund (50%)

Available within 30 days of course enrollment, provided:

  • No more than 50% of course content has been accessed
  • Valid reason for withdrawal is provided
  • Refund request is submitted in writing

No Refund

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • More than 50% of course content has been accessed
  • Course completion certificate has been issued
  • Refund request is made more than 30 days after enrollment
  • Student has violated academy policies
  • Course materials have been downloaded or copied

4. Refund Process

  • Bank Transfer: Refunded to the original account
